Many people wonder why they can't get a promotion, a raise a better job. Well here are 5 ways to help build a better work ethic.
1) Have pride in yourself and your work. (If you can't take any pride in what you are doing then perhaps its time to find another line of work).
2) Arrive on time every time. This shows how dependable and reliable you are.
3) Go above and beyond to complete your duties and always offer to assist with other duties, it shows your willingness to learn and ablity to multi task.
4) Accept new tasks and challanges with a positive attitude. Being negative shows that you are incooperative and not so easy to work with.
5) Be considerate of the people you work with. Getting along with your peers and respecting them and their space.
Always remember that the pride and behavior you present in you work is a direct reflection of you. What's appropriate at home or with your friends might not always be appropriate in the office.
